The healthcare system has many problems which are, to a great extent, caused by the budgetary constraints usually determined by the government and/or the Ministry of the Treasury. Patients’ organizations and the Ministry of Health have a common interest to increase the healthcare budget and therefore the Coalition of Healthcare Rights Organizations conducts a number of meetings every year with the Ministry of Health.
